Models clear, acceptable oral and written communication skills

In one of my classes, we had to track five different student's assessment data points and use this information to inform instruction. For example, which lessons we would reteach or reinforce by small or whole group instruction. The other part of this assignment involved crafting a letter to the parents/guardians updating and discussing their child's progress and the next steps. I choose to wrote to the child who was performing the lowest as I believed he would benefit the most from a discussion with his family on what should be done to help.
