In my CT's classroom, she has these wobbly chairs at her one of her small group instruction. These chairs are designed so students can fidget at the table without being unsafe to themselves or others. She also has made other accommodations to her classroom environment to help create an environment that allows for more movement. One of her rules for her classroom is that students are allowed to stand by their desk instead of sitting still in their chair. She has quite the number of students who benefit from being able to move around to learn and get some of their energy out.
