FEAP 2B

In my CT's classroom, she has a variety of reward system. One such reward system she has in place is a whole group reward. As a class, students together get to decide a class reward they would like to earn. Every time they exhibit an active learner or being responsible, they earn a star. Their goal is to fill the jar to the top to earn their reward. I believe this aligns with FEAP 2B because it manages class behavior through a management system. I like the concept of students voting and agreeing on one class reward to have together as I believe this promotes positive relationships between students and collaboration.
