FEAP 2B

Manages individual and class behaviors through a well-planned management system

There are many different positive reinforcements students recieve. The two examples I illustrated are the primary forms of reinforcement students recieve. The primary class wide reinforcement is a marble jar if students fill and keep the marbles in the jar, they recieve popsicles and extra recess time for the following day. To earn a marble, students must participate and be engaged during lessons. They are given for whole class participation and engagement. Starbucks are rewarded individually for following the school wide STAR expectations. These starbucks are then tracked via a chart and students can earn rewards via the store. They are given to students individually being engaged, participating, good listening, being kind, and patient.
