Creates a classroom environment where students are able to demonstrate resiliency
After my multiplication lesson, I had students sel-assess themselves on how well they understood arrays. They could rank themselves on 1-4. 1 meaning they still needed support, 2 meaning they somewhat understood, 3 means they feel confident, and 4 they could teach it to someone. Students mostly ranked themselves 3 and 4.
